SHE WRITES:
By sleeping through the night I mean - undisturbed. I envy my husband when it comes to sleeping. He doesn't have problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night. There are times I wake him up due to some favors middle of the night like getting a warm water for my son to drink, the moment it's done, in a split second, he's snoring again! I however can't remember when I slept through soundly :-( 50% of the time I wake up because of my son crawling to our bed but the other 50% is because I had to pee, drink water or had a dream. Problem is, when I wake up, it'll take me 30 minutes at least to sleep again because my mind gets active. In fact, time now is 2:28am (but will schedule this for posting at a later time). I fell asleep at 9:00pm 'cos I wasn't feeling well, then BOOM! I woke up at 12:30am - peed, ate (got really hungry, u know, pregnant!), gave my son his medicine and now, writing this post! Tried going back to sleep but can't...
They say that as you grow older, your body requires less time for sleeping...But I refuse to admit that, I don't think I'm old... Am I? hihi :o) They also said drinking milk before bedtime helps, did that...But fresh milk increases the production of phlegm and it sure woke me up more!
How about you? Do you sleep through the night?
A. Yes I do (teach me how!)
B. No I don't (we're on the same boat!)
C. Others (pls. specify)
