SHE WRITES:
Hmm.. this is a little bit of history about us =) but no family trees pls...hihi.
Well, I am a mixture of 2 continents - 50% Spanish and 50% Filipino. Both my grandfathers were from Spain. They were the "hacienderos" (plantation owners) who chose to live in the Philippines, got married to Filipinas and built their families. Although they say there's no 100% Filipino because of the years and years of influence from the different colonizers. We have relatives that are also Chinese carrying the family name "TING" so probably I also have a little Chinese in my blood. But to make things simple, I just say I'm 50-50 :-) I've always dreamed of going to Spain, especially in Salamanca, because that's where my grandfather's relatives are. Hopefully someday, it'll come true so I'll get to see the other part of my world...

Hello! Thanks for the invitation! I love English teachers! LOL! Nice to meet you! My paternal side is Cherokee and my mother's side is mostly German! I tend to identify with my Oklahoma Indian side regarding spirituality, food and I love that part of the country even though I am a Native Californian!
I'm 100% African-American

thanks! :-)
I'm 25% Scotish (my dad's mom), 75% English (my 3 other grandparents) but 100% South African!! I am a first generation Saffer, but have a passionate love for the country (and continent) I was born and raised in. If I had to leave this beautiful country for some reason (although I would rather not), I would choose to live elsewhere in Africa over anywhere else in the entire world, because I think this is the most amazing place ever. One of my friends has the following comment as her signature on a forum we frequent:
If you can only visit two continents in your lifetime, visit Africa - twice. (R. Elliot)

Unless someone isn't telling me something, I'm 100% Chinese. I used to hate it because I was teased a ridiculous amount as a child . . . but now, I embrace my ethnicity.
I love the updates on your baby and am very excited for you. It's a pleasure to ready your blog daily. And thanks for dropping by my blog!
My families roots are Irish and English. Though I am 100% USAian.
I'm a Malay...
But Malays look a lot like Thais, Indonesians, and Filipinos.
We're from the same root, I believe.

I think it's neat you are part spanish. I am cuban. my mother was born in havana, cuba before castro came into power in 1958 and forced many to flee their homes. praise the Lord that te US took them in!
Most people in the USA a blend of cultures....My fathers family are Irish and my mothers are German. Also my husbands father side is German and his mother Irish/German. I have started tracing the family tree, and I have learned a lot that I didn't know. I wish I had started when my grandparents were alive; I would not now have to search so much.

I am a mixture. My maternal Grandmother was Scottish, she married a Londoner born and bred. My paternal Grandfather was of Scottish decent but my father was born in Hampshire and he married a London girl.
I'm 100% schnauzer. However, mum is a big part Welsh, a big part English, a BIG pinch of Italian (great grandpa)and a smidgen of Irish. Uncle Hugh is half Scottish, half English - there's warring factions there:)
Me, I am a mix of Irish, German, English, maybe some Indian.
I am a mutt. On my mum's side I am Hebrew, West and North African, English, Swedish. On my dad's Hebrew, Englaish.
